Improving how invoices are handled is part of a broader push to make internal processes more efficient. During a recent Sales team review, we focused on one key area: integrating PEPPOL IDs into our invoicing workflows.

What is a PEPPOL ID

A PEPPOL ID is a standardized identifier used in the Pan-European Public Procurement Online network. It enables secure, cross-border electronic document exchange between businesses and public institutions. Without a valid PEPPOL ID, invoices can’t be transmitted within the network.
