Saint Nabor Services structures IT management with Microsoft 365 Managed
Project background
Saint Nabor Services is a service organization operating across multiple sites in France. Its activities include, among others, cleaning services and the management of reception areas for traveller communities.
Before the project, IT was managed in a highly decentralized way. Computers were purchased gradually, depending on team needs, often from local stores. There was no centralized inventory, no dedicated IT governance, and no structured process for managing devices.
This approach worked while needs remained limited. But as the organization grew across multiple locations, with employees requiring remote support and more digital tools in their daily work, Saint Nabor Services needed a clearer, more reliable, and more scalable IT framework.
The challenges
The main challenge for Saint Nabor Services was to bring structure to IT operations without having a dedicated internal IT team.
Because employees were spread across different sites, device maintenance was difficult to organize. Without a shared inventory between the various locations and the headquarters, it was hard to know exactly which devices were in use, how they were configured, and what their status was.
File sharing also relied heavily on emails and attachments, which made collaboration less efficient and limited the implementation of more modern working processes.
As there was no dedicated internal IT team, part of the IT responsibility was handled by administrative staff, even though IT was not their core role. This made governance, standardization, and external support essential.
Saint Nabor Services needed a solution that could help them:
- centralize device and user management;
- standardize configurations;
- secure access and endpoints;
- simplify support;
- provide employees with ready-to-use devices;
- reduce the IT workload carried by administrative teams.
Mixvoip’s solution
Mixvoip implemented a Microsoft 365 Managed approach tailored to the needs of Saint Nabor Services.
The solution is built around several complementary Microsoft technologies:
- Microsoft Intune to manage devices, configurations, policies, and applications;
- Windows Autopilot to prepare and deploy new laptops in a standardized way;
- Entra ID to centralize identities and access management;
- Microsoft Defender to strengthen endpoint security;
- Mixvoip managed support to assist users and provide a clear point of contact.
In practice, new devices are now prepared in advance and integrated into a structured inventory process. When an employee receives a laptop, the device is already provisioned according to defined standards. The user logs in, automatically receives the required settings and applications, and can start working without heavy manual configuration.
This approach also brings more consistency to deployments. Devices are no longer configured case by case: they follow common standards, making support, security, and future IT management easier.
For Saint Nabor Services, having a single IT partner also helped streamline communication, clarify procedures, and improve quality control during device deployment.
The results
The implementation of Microsoft 365 Managed helped Saint Nabor Services transform a highly decentralized IT setup into a more structured, more visible, and easier-to-manage environment.
For employees, the change is concrete: devices are prepared in advance, standardized, and ready to use. The user experience is smoother, especially when receiving a new laptop or requesting support.
For the organization, the benefits are both operational and organizational. Saint Nabor Services now has better visibility over its device fleet, more consistent policies, clearer processes, and professional support for day-to-day IT needs.
“Users now have a single number to contact for support. Devices are provisioned in advance, standardized, and when employees receive their machine, they can start working right away. For me, as someone who does not come from an IT background, this is a real time saver and a relief in terms of responsibility. I can focus on the company’s business priorities while delegating this IT part to Mixvoip, knowing that it is handled by professionals.”Léa Amri, Administrative and Financial Manager
This also allows administrative teams to focus on their core responsibilities, without having to manage IT topics on their own. By relying on a managed IT partner, Saint Nabor Services can delegate day-to-day endpoint management with confidence, while keeping its internal teams focused on business priorities.
Conclusion
With Microsoft 365 Managed, Saint Nabor Services now benefits from a more structured, more secure, and more scalable IT environment.
Devices are prepared in a standardized way, users can be supported more easily remotely, and administrative teams can rely on a trusted partner to handle day-to-day IT operations.
This project shows the value of a managed IT service for organizations operating across multiple sites, especially when they want to professionalize IT management without building a dedicated internal IT team. With Mixvoip, IT becomes clearer, smoother, and easier to manage every day.

Feedback by Léa Amri
“Before working with Mixvoip, our IT management was very decentralized. We did not have a dedicated internal IT team, devices were purchased locally as needs came up, and there was no real structure in place.
Mixvoip took the time to understand our organization, our field operations, and our business needs. Their Microsoft 365 Managed service helped us standardize our devices, simplify support, and establish clearer processes for our users.
Today, our employees receive laptops that are already provisioned and ready to use. They have a single point of contact for support, and we can rely on professionals to manage this part of our IT environment. For me, this represents a real time saver and a significant relief in terms of responsibility.
After two years in production, the solution still fully meets our needs. We feel supported by a partner who understands our organization and provides a service that is structured, reliable, and adapted to us.”
