Mixvoip renews partnership with MeluXina to advance AI initiative
Mixvoip has renewed its collaboration for another year with LuxProvide, operator of Luxembourg’s national supercomputer MeluXina, reinforcing its commitment to developing secure, compliant, and sovereign AI capabilities.
The renewed partnership enables Mixvoip to continue leveraging high-performance computing to move AI initiatives from internal use cases to scalable, customer-ready services.
“Renewing our access to MeluXina is a strategic decision,” said Loic Didelot, CEO of Mixvoip. “It allows us to innovate with AI while keeping full control over where data is processed and stored, a non-negotiable requirement for our customers and for us.”
From internal tools to market-ready services
Over the past year, Mixvoip has used MeluXina to support internally developed AI processes, including call transcription, summarisation, and sentiment analysis. The next step is to industrialise these capabilities and make them available to a broader B2B market.
“Turning internal AI workflows into reliable, production-grade services is far from trivial,” explained Marco L. Abreu, Product Owner of Voxbi, Mixvoip’s internally developed phone system. "It requires performance, consistency, and strong governance, especially when handling customer data and our customers' customers' data."
Security, sovereignty, and trust by design
Data protection and ethical AI remain central to the collaboration. Mixvoip and LuxProvide share a strong focus on data sovereignty, security, and bias mitigation, ensuring that AI models are developed and operated in a trusted European environment.
“MeluXina was designed to support organisations that need both performance and trust,” said DR Farouk Mansouri, Senior Solution Engineer at LuxProvide. “Our collaboration with Mixvoip demonstrates how national supercomputing infrastructure can enable responsible AI innovation for real business use cases.”
By continuing to rely on MeluXina, Mixvoip avoids dependence on non-European hyperscalers for sensitive AI workloads, while ensuring alignment with GDPR and regulated industry requirements.
The renewed collaboration confirms Mixvoip’s ambition to deliver AI-powered communications and analytics services that are not only powerful, but also transparent, secure, and ready for enterprise adoption.
