Voxbi webvoxbi desktop | I have denied Voxbi access to TEL links, but it still asks me if I want to open a TEL link using Voxbi. You have to remove it from there as well. |
Voxbi webvoxbi desktop | Click-to-Call works in my browser but not in my CRM or documents. What should I check? | Some applications might override your default TEL handler. Ensure your CRM or document software allows external TEL links and does not force a different app to handle calls. |
Voxbi webvoxbi desktop | When I type ‘tel: [xxx]’ in the browser’s URL bar, the call doesn’t start. What should I do? | Make sure the TEL format is written correctly after the colon. Also, confirm that Voxbi is properly registered as the TEL handler in your browser’s settings |
Voxbi webvoxbi desktop | I have set my browser for the default TEL link handler, but the call always goes through the desktop app. Why is that? | Ensure your browser is set to be the default app for handling TEL link types in Windows default apps. Simply adding your browser as a default TEL link handler only in the browser’s settings is not enough. |

Voxbi MobileVoicemailInterception | When a call comes into your group, it rings your extension and is then forwarded to your mobile.
