Is my contact data secure when syncing across devices? | Absolutely. Voxbi uses secure protocols to sync contacts and never shares your data without permission. You control which contacts are private and which are shared with the team. | |
Why isn’t my Mobile Twinning working even after activation? | Check if your mobile number was entered correctly and ensure that your phone has network coverage. Also, verify that your extension settings allow calls to be forwarded. | |
Will the caller know I am answering from my mobile rather than my office phone? | No, the caller will see your business number as usual, maintaining a professional appearance no matter which device you use to take the call. | |
Can I choose when my mobile phone rings? | Yes, you can customize it to ring at the same time as your extension, only when you're not signed in, or after a set delay—whichever option best fits your needs. |
