Royal Automobile Club of Belgium (RACB) testimonial

Project background

Founded in 1896, the Royal Automobile Club of Belgium (RACB) is a major institution in the Belgian automotive sector. With around ten sites across the country, RACB needed a reliable and centralised telecommunications solution to connect its teams and serve its members efficiently.
Facing a long-standing provider that lacked flexibility and responsiveness, RACB was looking for more than a supplier. The organisation wanted a technology partner able to listen, advise and propose solutions tailored to its needs.

The challenges

RACB’s multi-site structure created several communication challenges.
First, the previous provider lacked flexibility and responsiveness. Support was inefficient and the relationship remained largely transactional, making it difficult to obtain solutions adapted to RACB’s specific requirements.
Second, RACB wanted to work with a partner open to discussion and able to provide guidance, rather than simply selling standard products.
Mobility and ease of use were also important. RACB needed a solution that allowed employees to stay connected without introducing unnecessary complexity.
Finally, cost optimisation was a key consideration. RACB wanted to reuse part of its existing telephony equipment (Poly and 2N) to avoid unnecessary investment.

Mixvoip’s solution

Mixvoip addressed these challenges by combining a partnership approach with a solution tailored to RACB’s environment.
The Voxbi platform was deployed to unify communications across all RACB sites. The solution centralises management while providing flexibility for end users.
Voxbi’s interface, designed to be intuitive and user-friendly, enabled teams to adopt the platform quickly. At the same time, the system allows advanced configuration at a central level, making it possible to adapt the setup to RACB’s specific operational requirements.
Mixvoip also made it possible to reuse the organisation’s existing telephony equipment, helping RACB optimise costs while modernising its communications infrastructure.

François Vandenbroeck’s feedback

"With our previous provider, a large organisation, we experienced inefficient support and a lack of flexibility and responsiveness. What we were looking for was a real partner, not just a supplier.
Mixvoip has proven to be exactly that. They are open to discussion and focus on advising rather than simply selling products. They do not push the most expensive option, but the most appropriate one, tailored to our needs.
Voxbi is very user-friendly for end users, while still allowing us to implement more advanced configurations centrally. Mixvoip also helped us address our cost constraints by enabling us to reuse our existing equipment.
And the support… it is excellent. Very responsive, with a genuine sense of proximity to the customer."

TLDR: LGL Transport testimonial

  • LGL Transport partnered with Mixvoip from day one (2015) to build their telephony infrastructure across Luxembourg, Germany, Benin, and Cameroon
