The messaging interface appears alongside the call controls in the web client, enabling seamless communication without disrupting the call flow.

how it works

  1. during a call, open the in-call text message panel in the web client.
  1. type a short message and send it to the other participant(s).
  1. received messages appear in the panel in real time.
  1. continue the call while exchanging messages as needed.
