Mixvoip’s solution
Mixvoip deployed it’s scalable Voxbi cloud PBX setup built around the Voxbi softphone, giving each employee a direct professional line accessible from both smartphone and desktop.
The system allows the team to work from any country or home office without losing connection to the company network. Calls, transfers, and internal communication remain fully integrated, whether employees are in Luxembourg or abroad.
The Voxbi cockpit management interface was designed with ease of use in mind, giving Solution Talenteed full autonomy to manage users, numbers, and call settings. At the same time, the company values Mixvoip’s local support, which guided them through the initial setup and remains available for fast, reliable assistance.
An unexpected bonus came from the Tempus module. Initially not a key requirement, it quickly became one of the most appreciated features. The team now uses it daily to view presence and time status: seeing who is available, in a call, in a meeting, or on leave directly from the softphone interface.
As sales calls are central to their business, Solution Talenteed’s leaders also benefit from unified call history and analytics, which help track activity, measure performance, and ensure consistent follow-up with clients.
