What happens if I exceed the data of my mobile package? | If you use up all the data in your mobile plan, your data will be blocked. If you need additional data, we offer the option of an eSIM. This allows you to access extra data no matter where you are, ensuring you stay connected without hassle. |
Can I own multiple eSIM? | Yes! You can store several eSIMs on your phone and switch between them. Most devices allow up to two active eSIMs at once, though some may limit the number you can store (usually 8-10), this will depend on your phone. |
When can I install my eSIM? | We recommend scanning the QR code and installing your eSIM right before your trip, while you are connected to Wi-Fi. |
