Odoo Cloud integration

This feature integrates Odoo APIs to show contact info during calls and save call history automatically.

What changes

The integration connects the Windows and web clients to Odoo's cloud services. During incoming or outgoing calls, contact details from Odoo are displayed in real time.
Call history is recorded and linked to the corresponding contact in Odoo, enabling seamless tracking of communication.

How it works

  1. Our services integrate with Odoo Cloud via API.
  1. On call initiation or reception, client queries Odoo for contact info linked to the phone number.
  1. Contact details are displayed in Voxbi's call interface.
  1. After call completion, call metadata is sent to Odoo to update the contact's call history.
