Mixvoip awarded the ‘Cybersecurity Made in Europe’ label
Mixvoip has been awarded the ‘Cybersecurity Made in Europe’ label, a recognition that highlights the company’s commitment to data protection, resilient infrastructure and compliance with EU regulations.
The label was initiated by the European DIGITAL SME Alliance with the support of the European Cyber Security Organisation (ECSO), and is granted to companies with cybersecurity solutions and operations firmly based in Europe.
What the label stands for
European ownership and trust. Product development, technical operations and business governance are anchored in Europe, ensuring accountability and alignment with EU values and regulations.
Security by design. Systems are engineered with hardening, least-privilege access and reduced attack surface, prioritising core functions that directly protect customers.
EU law and data-protection compliance. Services and processes align with GDPR and evolving EU rules (including NIS2), with transparent, purpose-bound data handling.
Trusted infrastructure. Mixvoip operates and controls its core infrastructure, using ISO 27001 certified data centers located in Europe. This safeguard availability as well as the physical and digital security of customer data.
Operational transparency. Clear processes for risk management, incident response and reporting consistent with EU expectations.
What this means for customers
Working with Mixvoip means partnering with a provider that not only delivers telecom and IT services, but also invests continuously in security, compliance and resilience. The result: reduced risk exposure, easier regulatory alignment, and greater business continuity across everyday communications and collaboration.

“The digital landscape is complex and the threats are real. Our responsibility is to deliver secure services by design and by default, not as an afterthought. The ‘Cybersecurity Made in Europe’ label validates sustained work on security, compliance and resilience, and reaffirms our commitment to European standards and customer trust.” — Patrick Berg, Head of Cybersecurity at Mixvoip
With this achievement, Mixvoip joins a select group of European providers recognised for their contribution to a secure, trustworthy digital ecosystem.
