Mixvoip acquires Voipgate from Datacenter Luxembourg
The company Mixvoip is proud to announce the acquisition of Voipgate from Datacenter Luxembourg officially. Voipgate will continue to operate independently while profiting from the group’s synergies.
The acquisition of Voipgate is a major step in Mixvoip’s growth policy in the local market. During the last ten years, the two companies were able to build trusting relationships with integrators. Through this match between two historic “Made in Luxembourg” VoIP players, a major operator now enters the scene and, consequently, a partner to rely on. Moreover, this acquisition is part of a global strategy consolidating Mixvoip’s position as the first telecom operator with private capital in Luxembourg.
