No commitment: The customer must take out a minimum subscription of one month. In case of cancellation, Mixvoip’s general terms and conditions apply, the customer must cancel by e-mail to support@mixvoip.com mentioning the references of his contract. Mixvoip will terminate the service with one-month notice. The customer will have to pay the current month and the following month. No pro rata can be applied. The customer is not bound by any commitment, the contract is simply renewed tacitly every month.

Fixed IPv4 included: Mixvoip will configure a fixed IPv4 on the customer’s internet line. This service and its configuration are included in this promotional offer. Any activation of additional IP(s) will be charged to the customer (configuration fee and monthly fee).

Router included: Mixvoip provides the customer with a router. This router remains the property of Mixvoip and must be returned upon termination of the internet service. In case of an existing router, Mixvoip could configure customer’s router upon request.

Activation and installation fees offered: Activation fees include the opening or migration of the internet line. The installation fee is the cost of a technician on the customer’s premises to connect an ONT box, set up the internet and configure and install the router. An internet line test is included (speedtest). No cabling costs are included in the offer. Any cabling work will be charged extra. The travelling costs are not included in the free installation. 

The Giga for all offer is subject to eligibility and depends on network availability in a certain region
