The 13th edition of the Luxembourg ICT Awards took place on 3 December 2019 during the IT One Gala, the country’s most anticipated gathering of technology and business leaders. More than 800 ICT professionals came together for a full evening of conferences, networking, and recognition of excellence across the digital ecosystem.
Among the highlights of the night was the announcement of Mixvoip as Telecom Company of the Year, a distinction that rewards innovation, customer focus, and contribution to the local ICT sector. Organised by Farvest, the awards celebrate companies and individuals who have left a mark on Luxembourg’s fast-evolving technology landscape.
For Mixvoip, the recognition came at a moment of strong momentum. By the end of 2019, the company counted nearly 2,834 customers and achieved recurring annual revenue (ARR) of around €4.5 million. Its MixPBX platform, a cloud telephony solution designed entirely in-house, was ranked top in technical and commercial performance by OpenField benchmarks earlier in the year.

Each step reflected a strategy of delivering flexible, enterprise-grade solutions adapted to the needs of both SMEs and larger organisations.
