DEEP, the new identity for Post telecom business services

DEEP.eu is a new entity created by POST Luxembourg to consolidate the expertise of its telecom and ICT activities, combining the strengths of several subsidiaries, including Post Telecom, EBRC, Elgon, and Digora Luxembourg. Since its creation in 2024, POST Telecom serves its business customers under the DEEP identity. This initiative aims to provide digital services, covering areas such as cloud computing, cybersecurity, and artificial intelligence.

Smooth migration from Post to Mixvoip services

Although DEEP, as part of POST Luxembourg, competes with Mixvoip in the telecommunications and ICT market, businesses can easily switch between operators. Telecom services in Luxembourg operate under a strong regulatory framework established by the ILR (Institut Luxembourgeois de Régulation), ensuring that number portability and internet line migration are straightforward. This allows businesses to transition to Mixvoip from DEEP or any other operator with minimal disruption while retaining their existing numbers and maintaining service continuity.

Mixvoip has signed a contract with DEEP to offer mobile services to its customers. This agreement allows Mixvoip clients to access the well-established Post mobile network in Luxembourg, known for its extensive coverage and reliable service quality.
