From an internet browser (Web based)

1. To launch the cloud softhphone, go on:

• https://softphone.mixvoip.com/

2. Enter your credentials

• Username: $Extension@PBXusername@mixvoip
• Password:  $YourPassword

3. You’re logged in

If you don’t know your credentials, please ask your administrator or our support team:

From a smartphone

1. Download app on the apple or play store

• GooglePlay
• AppStore

2. To log in :

• Enter your credentials :
  • Username: $Extension@PBXusername@mixvoip
  • Password:  $YourPassword

OR

• Scan your QR code:
  • Log in on mypbx https://my.mixvoip.com/Login/extension
  • Scan the QR code for the cloud softphone

3. You are logged in, click on the MIXphone icon to get the QR code
