About the Role

Our future Product Manager plays a key role in ensuring the success of both current and future products. He will define product strategy and vision, collaborate with various teams (sales, dev, marketing, care, users), and make crucial decisions to ensure market success.

What do we need from you?

• 2 years of experience in a similar role
• A genuine interest in current and future ICT technology: while a deep technical background isn’t required, you should understand the product context and communicate effectively with developers daily
• Proficiency in French and English; German/Luxembourgish is a plus

Our Premium Product Manager should have these hard skills:

• Product Strategy: Develops and implements strategies to meet user needs, leveraging market knowledge (Luxembourg, Belgium, France, Germany) and setting relevant KPIs (ROI, market share, sales goals).
• Product Design: Works closely with developers to design products based on market analysis (users, competitors).
• Product Ownership: Guides product development, writes detailed functional and technical specifications, and provides effective USPs.

But also, soft skills:

• Empathy and Listening: Anticipates user needs, resolves conflicts, and transforms observations into product direction.
• Communication: Communicates effectively, evangelizes the product, and adapts to various audiences.
• Organizational Skills: Manages unforeseen requests and issues with exceptional organization, flexibility, and adaptability.
• Leadership: Unites stakeholders around a shared vision and strategy.
• Rigor: Maintains precise product data and ensures clear product descriptions.
