What do we need from you?

• Educational Background: You should be currently pursuing or have recently completed studies in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field.
• Eagerness to Learn: Whether your interest lies in development, system administration, network administration or computer technology, a keenness to learn is what we value most. Prior experience is less important than a genuine passion for technology and a willingness to dive into new challenges.
• Basic Technical Skills: For developer roles, any exposure to programming (in languages like PHP, Javascript etc.) is beneficial. For field technicians, an understanding of basic hardware and networking concepts is helpful. System and network administrator aspirants should be familiar with the basic concepts of operating systems and networks. However, our primary focus is on your willingness to learn and grow in these areas.
• Communication Skills: Good communication is essential. You should be able to express your ideas clearly and collaborate effectively with team members. English proficiency is required for documentation and interaction within our diverse team.
• Adaptability: The tech field is dynamic and ever-changing. An open mind and the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies or changes in project direction are key.
