About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-oriented customer service representative to join our growing team in Steinsel, Luxembourg. The ideal candidate should have a passion for technology and a strong willingness to learn, even if no previous technical experience is available. German language skills are required, and knowledge of English and other languages is advantageous.
As a customer service representative, your tasks will include, but are not limited to:
- Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolving technical issues.
- Escalating complex problems.
- Documenting interactions in our ticketing system.
- Maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Keeping up-to-date with new products and services.
What do we need from you?
- Empathy and a solution-oriented mindset
- Very good verbal and written communication skills in German
- Thrives in a dynamic environment, gracefully navigating multiple tasks and meeting
- Basic technical knowledge and affinity for computers, networks, the internet, and technology
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Education and Experience: This support position does not require any technical experience or education, but individuals with experience in software development or graduates of an accelerated development program are encouraged to apply.
