We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Care Representative to join our growing team in Steinsel, Luxembourg. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and a strong desire to learn, even if they don’t have prior technical experience. Fluency in French is required, and proficiency in English and any additional languages is a plus
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers
- Escalate more complex issues to higher-level support when necessary
- Document customer interactions and resolutions in our ticketing system
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by consistently providing helpful and effective support
- Continuously expand your technical knowledge and stay up-to-date with new products and services
- Strong customer service skills, with a focus on empathy and resolution-oriented support
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Basic technical knowledge and affection for computers, networks, the internet, and technology
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Education and Experience
- While prior technical experience or education is not a requirement for this support position, individuals with a background in software development or who have completed a development boot camp are highly encouraged to apply. At Mixvoip, we value the problem-solving skills and innovative thinking that a development background can bring to the table, even in a non-development role.
- This position is based in our Steinsel, Luxembourg office, and we believe that the best results are achieved when our team members collaborate and work closely together.
- While we understand the benefits of flexible work arrangements, such as home office, we believe that the most productive and creative work occurs in an office environment where team members can easily collaborate and support each other.
- However, after 6 months of successful performance, the candidate may be eligible for up to 2 days of home office per week, if they demonstrate exceptional progress and contributions to the team.
