When you register at MIXvoip, we will ask you to provide personal information. The information we collect may be combined with information obtained from other services or sources. This information includes your name, private and/or business address, contact telephone numbers and email address. We may also ask for specific billing information. e.g. credit card numbers, bank account number. This is necessary to be able to charge you for certain services. We make use of technologies to keep track of your interactions with our sites and services to offer a more personalized experience.

Your Choices

You can view and edit your personal information at any time after registration with MIXvoip. You can stop the delivery of our newsletters by following the instructions in the e-mail you receive. You may also request to correct, update or delete your personal information. Please note, however, that choosing to delete some types of personal information may prevent us from supplying certain services to you as a customer.

Use of information

We use the information we collect to provide the services you request. E-mail address is the preferred way for communication. We do not sell, rent, or lease our customer lists to third parties. Even after termination of the relationship, MIXvoip will not disclose your personal information to any third parties without your consent. We may, however, pass on personal information within our internal departments in order to e.g. manage your account and provide support services, billing and collection purposes.
