What is your role at MIXvoip?
As the level-1 support manager, my role is to make sure that my team answer to customers quickly and efficiently. I also take in charge tickets and liase with the support of level-2.
What do you like most about your job?
Working in a support role is a great way to be connected with our customers and understand their experience with MIXvoip. I feel good when customers call with lots of questions, and hang up the phone satisfied with the answers provided.
Except MIXvoip, what do you enjoy?
I studied abroad, in Belgium. So I’m always between two countries visiting friends.
