I started Crossfit in September 2015, and ever since it absorbed me completely.
I train 5 to 6 times a week and take part in international competitions since April 2017.
CrossFit is (according to their website) «constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity »
It is a mix up between gymnastic, weightlifting, and cardio training.
Basically, you have to lift heavy weights and be able to perform pull ups, push ups, climb a rope or even handstand walk. The fact that every day you do a completely different workout, keeps your senses awake and trust me when I say, will never bore you. You are always prepared for the unknown.
I am glad that MIXvoip offers me the opportunity to train as much as I want which allows me to find the balance between my career and my passion for this sport
