Feature codes allow you to easily activate and deactivate certain basic functionalities on your PBX.

Every code begins with ‘8989’, followed by their respective extension:

Code	Function	Description
0	Call Pickup	Pickup the last ringing call. Optional: Pickup a call from a specific extension, by entering the extension number.E.g.: ‘8989 0 Ext.Number‘
4	Carrier selection	Dial 89894 followed by the dial out prefix of the carrier, then the target number.
10	Voicemail settings	Dial 898910 followed by your extension number. You will be asked to enter your PIN code. The voicemail settings allow you to record your name, unavailable message, busy message, etc.
11	Voicemail listening	Dial 898911 followed by your extension number. You will be asked to enter your PIN code. Simply listen to your new voicemails.
12	Call unavailable voicemail	Dial 898912 followed by the extension number.
13	Call busy voicemail	Dial 898913 followed by the extension number.
14	Call Voicemail without announcement	Dial 898914 followed by the extension number.
15	Access Mailbox	Dial 898915. You will be asked to enter your extension number, then your PIN code. This can be used to access your mailbox from the outside, by redirecting a number to this feature code.
23	Log extension in	Dial 898923 You’ll be asked to enter your extension number and then your PIN code.
24	Log extension off	Dial 898924 You’ll be asked to enter your extension number and then your PIN code.
25	Extension status	Dial 898935 followed by the extension number. Find out if an extension is logged in or not.
30	Call conference room	Dial 898930 to call your own conference room. Dial 898930 followed by someone’s extension number, to call his conference room.
31	Channel spy	Dial 898931 followed by the extension that you want to listen to and the PIN code. 898931ExtensionNmuber#PINcode
32	Anonymous call	Dial 898932 followed by the number that you want to call anonymously.
