Feature codes allow you to easily activate and deactivate certain basic functionalities on your PBX.

Every code begins with ‘8989’, followed by their respective extension:

10Voicemail settingsDial 898910 followed by your extension number. You will be asked to enter your PIN code. The voicemail settings allow you to record your name, unavailable message, busy message, etc.
11Voicemail listeningDial 898911 followed by your extension number. You will be asked to enter your PIN code. Simply listen to your new voicemails.
12Call unavailable voicemailDial 898912 followed by the extension number.
13Call busy voicemailDial 898913 followed by the extension number.
14Call Voicemail without announcementDial 898914 followed by the extension number.
15Access MailboxDial 898915. You will be asked to enter your extension number, then your PIN code. This can be used to access your mailbox from the outside, by redirecting a number to this feature code.
23Log extension inDial 898923 You’ll be asked to enter your extension number and then your PIN code.
24Log extension offDial 898924 You’ll be asked to enter your extension number and then your PIN code.
25Extension statusDial 898935 followed by the extension number. Find out if an extension is logged in or not.
30Call conference roomDial 898930 to call your own conference room. Dial 898930 followed by someone’s extension number, to call his conference room.
31Channel spyDial 898931 followed by the extension that you want to listen to and the PIN code. 898931ExtensionNmuber#PINcode
